The "BUSINESS" package includes:

Software support:
  • Preparation of record of each computer with description of the installed software – regular update;

  • Setting up of the available computers for access to Internet and mail boxes;
  • Installation, setting up and instructions for work with certificates;
  • Permanent control and Internet attack protection;
  • Regular inspection of the Spyware and Adware protections;
  • Daily inspection, virus cleaning and update of anti–virus programs;
  • Scheduled preventive maintenance of the system and inspection of the system stability;
  • Configuring local network with different access levels and guaranteed security;
  • Consultations on the correct operation of the operating system and the application software.
Hardware Support:
  • Preparation of record of each computer with description of the hardware components and update in case of added or removed one;
  • Initial hardware preventive maintenance of the after-warranty equipment;
  • Full annual preventive hardware maintenance, diagnostics and cleaning of the after-warranty equipment;
  • Diagnostics and removal of hardware problems;
  • Installation of new hardware devices;
  • Maintenance of the available equipment – replacement and repair of hardware elements;
  • Support of local network;
  • Optimization for network operation;
  • Support, configuration and preventive system maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, etc.);
  • In case of occurred hardware problems mediation with the company that provides the warranty support;
  • Consultations on the correct operation of the computer and office equipment.
Working schedule:
  • The maintenance is performed in the workdays from 9:00 to 18:00 o'clock;
  • Once a month is performed obligatory preventive maintenance and solving problems on all computers;
  • In case of occurred software/hardware problem an attempt for remote solving is made right after the signal is sent;
  • Under circumstances that make the remote problem solving impossible representative of the company is sent no later than four hours after the problem is diagnosticated;
  • The first three occasional visits are free. Any subsequent visits and the activities are paid extra;
  • On your request the company can undertake to collect and prepare offer for hardware elements, computers and/ or software with delivery, installation and configuration;
  • In case of disturbed Internet connectivity on your request we can contact your Internet provider for the purpose of the speedy problem solution;
  • On your request the company can undertake to investigate the options for selection or replacement of the Internet provider;
  • You can contact the support department via 4 landlines and 2 mobile phones, via online system or e-mail.
Documentation:
  • Initial preparation of the record of each computer;
  • Description / record of all executed maintenance activities.

  • DISCOUNT of 25% from the price list for additional visits and services.
    • On-site visit and diagnosis of the problem: 20 BGN
    • Cleaning of viruses, spyware and advertising software: 40 BGN per hour
    • Installations, settings, diagnostics and other software services: 40 BGN per hour
    • Hardware prevention and diagnosis: 40 BGN per hour
    • Add or replace a hardware component: 20 BGN
    • Installation/reinstallation of operating system XP/Vista: 60 BGN
    • Preserving the old data before reinstallation: 40 BGN per hour
    • Complex service: Installation/reinstallation of operating system XP/Vista, preserving the old data, installation of additional programs, setting up the system and security programs: 100 BGN
    • All prices include VAT
  • DELIVERY of supplies for printers and copy machines;
  • UNIQUE software products for working process optimization;
  • CONSULTATION for taking of IT decisions.
Prices:
  • Monthly fee for technical support of one computer: 47 BGN;
  • Monthly fee for technical support of Windows© based server: 120 BGN;
  • Monthly fee for technical support of Linux based server: 240 BGN;
  • Minimum monthly fee: 250 BGN.

NOTE: The administration, support and solution of all problems related to accounting software application (Business navigator etc.) are paid separately.
