- The maintenance is performed in the workdays from 9:00 to 18:00 o'clock;
- Once in two weeks is performed obligatory preventive maintenance and solving problems on all computers;
- In case of occurred software/hardware problem an attempt for remote solving is made right after the signal is sent;
- Under circumstances that make the remote problem solving impossible representative of the company is sent no later than two hours after the problem is diagnosticated;
- On your request the company can undertake to collect and prepare offer for hardware elements, computers and/ or software with delivery, installation and configuration;
- In case of disturbed Internet connectivity on your request we can contact your Internet provider for the purpose of the speedy problem solution;
- On your request the company can undertake to investigate the options for selection or replacement of the Internet provider;
- You can contact the support department via 4 landlines and 2 mobile phones, via online system or e-mail.

- Monthly fee for technical support of Windows© based server: 120 BGN;

- Minimum monthly fee: 300 BGN.
