Each computer system needs SUPPORT, old or new, no matter of the number of components included. Each office needs system maintenance of its information equipment. Computers, network, routers, phone sets, fax machines, printers... all these devices form an overall system.
THE SUPPORT that we offer includes several major activities:
- regular system inspection – software and hardware;
- regular inspection of the status of the network, the printers, the peripheral devices, etc.;
- solving software problems that occurred during the working process;
- removal of hardware problems on the available equipment;
- protection, virus check and removal;
The subscription support caters for the overall system: the network connectivity, the computer system (the separate machines and the overall system), the printers (local and network devices), the network equipment (switchers, routers), etc. This will guarantee the functionality of the whole system, not only of its separate components. Each action on a separate component (computer, printer, server or switch) is consistent with the system as a homogenous entity.
Each company has its own capacity, scale and needs.
After analysis of the experience gained from our work we developed five service packages that cover various business market segments:
