Each computer system needs SUPPORT, old or new, no matter of the number of components included. Each office needs system maintenance of its information equipment. Computers, network, routers, phone sets, fax machines, printers... all these devices form an overall system.

THE SUPPORT that we offer includes several major activities:

  • regular system inspection – software and hardware;
  • regular inspection of the status of the network, the printers, the peripheral devices, etc.;
  • solving software problems that occurred during the working process;
  • removal of hardware problems on the available equipment;
  • protection, virus check and removal;

The subscription support caters for the overall system: the network connectivity, the computer system (the separate machines and the overall system), the printers (local and network devices), the network equipment (switchers, routers), etc. This will guarantee the functionality of the whole system, not only of its separate components. Each action on a separate component (computer, printer, server or switch) is consistent with the system as a homogenous entity.

Each company has its own capacity, scale and needs.
After analysis of the experience gained from our work we developed five service packages that cover various business market segments:


    Technical support - "EXTRA" PACKAGE

    Time of response:
  • Remotely – right after the signal is received;
  • On-site – no later than two hours after the diagnosis of the problem.
    Visits:
  • Regular scheduled visits – twice a month;
  • Unlimited number of visits on request – free of charge.
    Activities:
  • Initial hardware preventive maintenance of the after-warranty equipment;
  • Scheduled preventive system maintenance;
  • Diagnostics and removal of hardware problems;
  • Installation of new hardware devices;
  • Installation, reinstallation, inspection, update and setting up of operating systems, programs etc. of all devices;
  • Support of local network;
  • Optimization for network operation;
  • Solving of software problems – remotely and on-site;
  • Regular control and Internet attack protection;
  • Regular inspection of the Spyware and Adware protections;
  • Daily inspection, virus cleaning and update of anti–virus programs.
    Documentation:
  • Preparation of record of each computer (description of the hardware configuration and the installed software with daily update);
  • Description / record of all performed activities – remotely or on-site.
    Additionally:
  • Delivery of supplies for printers and copy machines;
  • Unique software products for working process optimization;
  • Free Internet page hosting;
  • Free e-mail boxes.
    Time of response:
  • Remotely – right after the signal is received;
  • On-site – no later than four hours after the diagnosis of the problem.
    Visits:
  • Regular scheduled visits – once a month;
  • Up to three visits per month on request – free of charge.

    Time of response:
  • Remotely – right after the signal is received;

    Additionally:

  • Discount amounts to 15% of the price list for each visit and activities undertaken.

    Technical support - SINGLE VISITS

    Time of response:
  • No later than two days after the signal is received.
    Activities:
  • Solving of software and hardware problems.
    Prices:
  • On-site visit and diagnosis of the problem: 20 BGN
  • Cleaning of viruses, spyware and advertising software: 40 BGN per hour
  • Installations, settings, diagnostics and other software services: 40 BGN per hour
  • Hardware prevention and diagnosis: 40 BGN per hour
  • Add or replace a hardware component: 20 BGN
  • Installation/reinstallation of operating system XP/Vista: 60 BGN
  • Preserving the old data before reinstallation: 40 BGN per hour
  • Complex service: Installation/reinstallation of operating system XP/Vista, preserving the old data, installation of additional programs, setting up the system and security programs: 100 BGN
  • All prices include VAT

IMPORTANT: The services executed on accidental visits removes only local problems without respect of the overall system.
